How do I make an appointment?

Simply call (+39) 040 410102, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm or contact us on Whatsapp.

How soon can I have an appointment?

Our consultants are available every weekday, so it can usually be within 24 hours of requesting the appointment. In some cases, it may be possible to have a same day appointment.

How can I check my appointment date and time?

You can call the secretary office to check your appointment details or contact us on Whatsapp.

What if I can't attend my appointment?

If you can’t attend your appointment, you can call us on the following number (+39) 040 410102 or write a message via Whatsapp and notify us.

Is there car parking?

There is a payment parking in Piazza della Libertà, on the blue line parking places, and inside the Silos Parking (also a payment parking), next to the Central Station. Supermarket’s payment parking is also available.
