Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna in 1973 and specialized in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Trieste in 1976. Professor of Radiology at the University of Udine. Clinician Radiologist in abdominal, thyroid and breast sectors. Expert in thyroid, neck and breast interventional procedures. Communication, health education and management expert. 147 publications indexed on medline (pub med: Bazzocchi M.) to 31/01/10, over 150 non-indexed publications (acts and book chapters). Author of some manuals on Ultrasound imaging (Idelson-Gnocchi) and breast screening. Member of the radiological institute “Studio Radiologico M. Bazzocchi, P. d. Morpurgo, F. Poillucci”, where he carries out his free-professional activity focusing mainly on the diagnosis of diseases of the neck, breast, abdomen and male and female genital organs.

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Trieste in 1978, specialized in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Trieste in 1981. Dr. de Morpurgo obtained national approval as Head of Diagnostic Radiology in 1989. He worked in the Radiology institute of the University of Trieste from 1979 to 1993, at first as an assistant and then as co-responsible, also carrying out educational activities in the specialist training in Radiology, Otorhinolaryngology, Orthopedics and Physiatrics and in the school for medical technicians of Medical Radiology. Since 1993 head of the Radiology service of Sanatorio Triestino and at the same time partner of the radiological institute “Studio Radiologico M. Bazzocchi, P. d. Morpurgo, F. Poillucci”, where he carries out the free-professional activity devoting himself mainly to the study of the musculoskeletal apparatus and to the diagnostic CT and MRI imaging.
