Dr. Maurel has a degree in Biological Science and Technology from the University of Trieste and a master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Florence. In her work she combines a balanced diet with good food. Through the creation of a customized plan, adapted to the habits, tastes and needs of individual patients, she follows them on a path made by goals towards a healthy lifestyle.
